COMMUNICATION STRATEGY

Social media changed the quality and the way of brand communication with Customers significantly. They have opened a lot of places, which are used by Customers to search for the contact with a brand, and at the same time they shorten the response time significantly.

All in all, coherent communication in social media is not so easy. The selection of available platforms, the decision to appear on them (or disappear from them), acquiring an established way of communication, and maintaining the coherence of messages – these are not easy tasks, for example because of the number of services, constant changes that occur within them, or different target groups.

While building a communication strategy we are looking for the optimal ways of reaching the customers – not always the appearance of a Brand on Facebook is the best idea, and the decision of being “everywhere” most of the times comes with frustration right away because of the lack of time for communication on 10 or 15 platforms. Thus, in a document that is prepared by us and in an action plan, Customers find precisely chosen channels, alongside directions and types of activities, strictly connected to the expected outcomes, formed in a way that they could see (in a couple of months) actual, measurable outcomes of their actions.

COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT

The decision to be a part of the social media is just the beginning. The lack of coherent communication, interesting content, the so called “lol content”, or constant advertising of products will not produce effects in the form of achieving established goals.

We make sure that the Customer knows from the beginning in which way we will direct his communication and how we will effectively build a community around his brand. YouTube, LinkedIn, or one of the youngest websites like Snapchat. On the other hand our communication creates synergy between them. Instead of babbling, we talk to our users, caring about their:

    • interesting content that encourages to share and comment,

    • different types of quiz and support applications

  3. Informing and education (also by creating interesting content, for example on a movie blog or specific articles shared)

We also have experience in advertisement managing in social network services – we prepare small actions (for example on Facebook) as well as enormous campaigns, on different platforms, built with media planners and a media house.

Our Customers are not only ensured with managing the graphical/video contents of social networks but also with legal and substantative support. Having in mind different regulations of individual websites,  we prepare proper regulations for games and contests, acquire permits, manage data.

CRITICAL MANAGEMENT

Critical management should be a part of every communication strategy in social media. Although, even if there were appropriate procedures saved, often emotions, which occur during the critical situations and the necessity of quick reaction, make people with small experience in social management unable to cope with such situations.

We are prepared for such situations with a support offer regarding critical situations:

  • Developing critical scenarios (much more precise than standard procedures in strategies, containing a fixed structure, tone of a conversation, reactions in case of people who cross established legal and social boundaries)
  • Workshops (acting under the pressure of time)
  • Critical situation support (a dedicated consultant, who will prepare every, or an established number of answers, helps you with dealing with emotions on public channels, has a constant contact with social media administrator and with decision-making people in the company.)

APPLICATIONS

The popularity of smartphones and the decreasing prices of mobile internet have significantly changed the expectations of users. It is particularly difficult for young generations to imagine a phone without thousands of apps, which significantly make the content and data on the Internet (or in the cloud) easier to explore.

Appropriately selected and prepared, and then promoted application may be the basis for occupying a market niche, or acquiring a competitive advantage.

The first stage of our work with a Customer is always the analysis of an idea. Do the Customers really need this app? What will the app change in terms of current situation – will it for example make the use of the website easier/enable them, or make it easier for them to place orders/ensure safer use of the website? Will it be helpful enough so that the users would want to install and use it?

In the next steps with our Partners we focus on its usability, graphics, appropriate content. Then we test it – because we are aware of the fact, that often it is not problematic to get obtain an apparent acceptance (by way of saying “it works”), but it is much harder to foresee different scenarios and search for such solutions, which will prove useful on different fields and in different target groups.

WEBSITES

Websites are essential for the companies to function on the Internet. They are not only a visiting card and a source of basic information for customers, but also the first and fully manageable channel of communication with every important customer group. With websites you have the ability to precisely manage such image that we want to have.

Graphical interface is not the only factor that is a sign of the website quality and effectiveness, but its role is really important. That is why we begin our work with getting to know our Customers’ aesthetic preferences, in order for them to not only “have” a website, but also that it appeals to them.

Later on we search for optimal solutions within the scope of content and graphics arrangement, so that the whole thing does not only serve an informative function but also that it is attractive to users and that it allows them to easily browse the contents of the webpage, while fulfilling the established goals (for example sale, image or educational goals). We are aware of such factors as responsiveness or specific assistance regarding older people viewing the page, or disabled people, who have certain expectations regarding websites they view.

The last stage is to work on the content, which will appear on the website – pleasant to read, easily absorbable on any device and properly indexed in search engines.
