Media Training & Support

We develop media training sessions that are bespoke to the individual or organisation delivered by an experienced media trainer. This includes support in message development, mock sceneries and interview analysis and guidance on the techniques required to perform effectively in media interviews, particularly broadcast.

STRATEGIC WORKSHOPS

We prepare and execute workshops for our Customers. The aim of the workshops is to work out a strategic base for a company. We base our approach on a mission model according to Ashridge. The effect of our work is a strategic document that includes:

  • company mission
  • strategic domains
  • company values
  • behaviors and standards
  • long-term strategic aims, and preparing guidelines for further strategic planning
  • the analysis of established mission assumptions regarding the visual policy of a company.

The workshops are conducted by our consultant – a trainer who has years of experience in strategic planning and moderating the processes of building a strategic base of a company.

TRAININGS

On the basis of training needs analysis and our business experience we prepare dedicated training suggestions, suitable for Your organization. We believe that acquiring a strict and long-term relationship of trainers/consultants with Your organization, which will be executed through the holistic approach to a training process and constant relations with management.

CONFERENCES

The support of our agency for Customers’ activities includes organizational support as well as communication services of such events:

  • Consulting and advising in preparing and performing a substantive program of a conference/seminar
  • Searching for conference sponsors and partners, including for example:
    • preparing a list of potential sponsors and partners,
    • preparing a sponsor offer (companies)
    • preparing a partnership offer (selected organizations, sponsorship terms negotiations and preparing and performing sponsorship contracts)
  • PR services regarding a conference, including:
    • cooperation with the catch-all, business and discipline-specific media (arranging interviews with experts before a conference, preparing press materials, media invitations – preparing, sending, follow-up, media service coordination during a conference and contact with media after the event)
    • acquiring media patrons for an event, including: the selection of appropriate patrons (pre-selection), preparing sponsorship offer, negotiations and contract signature, and the coordination of sponsorship contracts

TEAM BUILDING EVENTS

What differentiates us are the non-standard activities that are fully adjusted to the needs specified by HR and PR sectors of our Customers. We prepare and perform the following forms of activities in this field:

  • Questing for Business, that is using modern marketing tools – an adventurous journey of explorers in the form of entertainment and education for corporate purposes
  • Culinary workshops connected with team-building, that is a team-building culinary event with a training course on soft skills. Workshops are held in a professional Culinary Studio or in any other place in Uganda or the world. They are directed at companies and teams, who wish to combine corporate team-building with training course in a soft and positive atmosphere. The workshops are conducted by a professional Chef and a qualified business trainer with culinary experience.
