Field Force Automation
Pison Public Relations has fully automated its field operations by deploying a retail execution platform that enables accurate electronic data capture and reporting. » Continue We have dedicated Project Managers and Campaign Activation teams who undertake in store campaign management on behalf of our client. We have also invested in a web based recruitment platform which will enable rapid recruitment and deployment of activators at short notice. We leverage our valued store relationships due to our Field Marketing operations to gain quick access into all our stores across the country. This allows us to execute our clients brief flawlessly and give real-time visibility on in-store campaign progress. Our standard campaign reporting templates enables our clients to get a true assessment of the effectiveness of their promotion mix in the market. Pison Public Relations runs successful roadshows on behalf of our clients. We have developed cost effective roadshow strategies to ensure we maximize value for our clients. We also have experienced teams that plan roadshow routes meticulously ahead of implementation and market feedback teams who visit the market post the roadshows to establish lasting impact. Amplification: We have established ways of working with leading radio and TV stations to amplify the on-ground message. Along with that, we create linkages with stores in the area in which the roadshow is operating to ensure there is an impact of off-take in the stores. As part of automating our data collection services, the retail execution platform that Pison Public Relations has invested in has the capability to undertake real time Shopper Research. The ad hoc Survey is deployed from head office into every mobile users account and when they get into the store it prompts them to interview and authenticate the number of shoppers required. Data is transmitted real-time into the cloud and can be accessed and analysed easily at Pison Public Relations head office and at our clients. Pison Public Relations has also developed capability to use a crowd sourced cloud based platform* to do national shopper and consumer surveys on behalf of its clients Our experience over the past decade working with retail stores has given us deep strategic insights that can be used by our clients at the planning stage of campaigns.
